PachaFolk Picnic Day

Join us at the first ever PachaFolk Picnic Day – an outdoors spring event on Saturday, March 30th from 1 - 4 PM. Bring a blanket and your picnic basket, hang out in the beautiful San Francisco Presidio with friends, and enjoy folk music among a hive of fun activities for the entire family.

The PachaFolk Picnic Day is part of The Pachamama Spring Challenge. A staff led fundraiser comprised of five different projects in support of The Pachamama Alliance's utmost challenges:

• Permanently protect Ecuador’s Amazon from oil development with our Defend the Amazon campaign.
• Building a critical mass of individuals committed to equity and global prosperity through our Educational Programs.

Picnic Details

• When: Saturday, March 30th from 1 – 4 PM.
• Where: Courtyard at The Pachamama Alliance Office in the San Francisco Presidio. Public transportation and driving directions.

Some Good Music is a duo comprised of Pachamama staff member Tatiana Tilley and fellow Bay Area artist Susan Giba.

MacClain & Cole

MacClain & Cole is an Acoustic Rock & Folk band from Oakland, CA.

We will also have competitive four square matches, face painting, and chair massages, plus drinks and exquisite food from Eleganza Catering, a local and upcoming caterer specialized in South American inspired cuisine.

At the picnic, you can also take part of our silent auction, which includes a:

• Tea party for 10 people by PinkiesUp.
• 7-week beginners flamenco class from La Tania Baile Flamenco.
• Private dinner with Pachamama Alliance co-founders Lynne Twist and Bill Twist.
